• Taken from the rehearsal immediately prior to the December 17, 2011 debut concert at Holy Rosary, the Musica Sacra Chamber Chorale sounded fabulous that evening as they provided a taste of Christmas peace and joy to all in attendance.

  • The loft window at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in West Seattle where the Chorale will perform.   The second of the Spring Concert Series "Sacred Music: Different Views" will be presented  on Friday evening, May 4, 2012 at 7:30 PM.  These beautiful windows were designed in Italy for the dedication of the church in 1909.

  • Another view taken from the December 17, 2011 Holy Rosary Christmas Concert.  Please join us for our Spring Concert Series on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at St Luke's Lutheran Church in Bellevue and on Friday, May 4, 2012 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in West Seattle.  Both Concerts start at 7:30 PM.
  • The wonderfully intimate St Luke's Sanctuary in Bellevue, WA is where the first of the 2012 MSCC Spring concert series will be presented on April 28, 2012.  The theme for this concert is "Sacred Music: Different Views" and should give the audience the opportunity to hear the same text as it would have been heard in different centuries.

  • Bob Ingalls, Artistic Director/Conductor of the Musica Sacra Chamber Chorale, brings a wealth of Choral Conducting experience to the Chorale.

Please support the Chorale!

History

The Music Sacra Chamber Chorale was incorporated as a Washington State non-profit Corporation in January of 2011 and received its 501 c(3) status in June of that year.  The Chorale is the brainchild of Bob Ingalls and a dedicated group of singers who share his vision and love for sacred music as well as a desire to serve the community.

The Chorale is a semi-professional community chamber chorale comprised of up to 16 selected singers from Seattle and its surrounding communities. The Chorale generally rehearses twice a month with an additional dress rehearsal before each concert.  The rehearsals are held in the Parish Chapel at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in West Seattle on Sunday evenings from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
